What is your primary product or service?
Business Telephone systems and network Solutions, Voice & Data cabling. Video conferencing equipment and surveillance cameras. We also offer Hosted solutions and VoIP.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was hired on in 1995 for the summer while going to college. I ended up loving the industry and the challenge that comes with it to find the perfect solution for our customers and now My husband and I are the owners.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service and quality products! Ask around and you will find that we know what we are doing and we have been doing it a long time. We charge a fair price without hidden costs. Our employees have been with us from 10-16 years so we have lots of experience and we get it done right the first time.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no expansion plans for new locations but always looking to expand the portfolio of products we offer to keep up with the ever changing technology. We added Hosted solutions and IT Services this past year. We also travel to any state that you need us to go.

Nearest crossroad is Cloverdale and Fairview. Head East on Fairview right before the light a Fivemile is a Burger joint called Golden wheel take a left in front of that on Wildwood St. We are 200 yards down on the left just after the speed bump.
What type of payments do you accept?
Invoice, cash, check, Visa/MasterCard, EFT, Lease options through Great America Leasing
Which areas do you service?
All of Idaho and Oregon. We can travel anywhere. We have many customers with locations in CA. TX, WA, UT, CO and more.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Trent and Kimberly Coleman and we run the daily operations along with our great ETD Team!
What are your hours of operation?
M-F 8am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time 24/7 365 on Call technicians for emergency services.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
